4AM – Shakeology w 16 oz H2O

7AM – 2 scoops of protein powder, 12 oz milk

8AM – 4 eggs fried in avocado oil, 1 piece whole wheat toast, 4oz grilled chicken breast, 16oz H2O

9:40AM – handful of almonds with vinegar and seasalt, handful of dried cranberries, 16oz H2O

12 Noon – 1/2 apple, 2 oz almond butter

12:15PM – preworkout drink, 16 oz H2O

12:30PM – workout, Beast Arms, 64 oz H2O

3PM – Grilled carne asada, 1 oz cheese, green drink

5:30PM – 4 eggs, small sweet potato

7PM – handful of almonds, handful of dried cranberries

8pm – 2 scoops of protein powder, 16 oz low fat milk

9Pm – 2 scoops of protein powder, 16 oz low fat milk
