To be eligible for inclusion in Best Places to Work, companies must:
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Be a for-profit business, not-for-profit business, or government entity
- Have at least one facility in San Diego County
- Have a minimum of 15 employees working in San Diego County
- Must be in business a minimum of one year
In addition, Ryan was awarded a Top Workplace designation in the Consulting and Professional Services category by the San Diego Union-Tribune.
