Happy New Year 2018Happy 2018!  It is January 2nd, 2018 and I turned 55 years young last week.  Pretty frickin awesome.  I’m so happy that I have made it this far – I have to be the luckiest person on the planet!

Despite some December challenges – extended sicknesses throughout our household, a knee injury that has kept me from getting any cardio exercise at all, I’m really excited about 2018.  This IS a GREAT year and so many amazing things are happening in the universe.

Even though my personal fitness program has taken a recent detour, I’ve managed to make it through the holidays eating pretty well and am still in decent shape – although not the less than 10% bodyfat I was working for – but not too far away either …

In the past, I have had a real difficult time attempting to write down everything that I eat and all the exercise that I do.  I’m going attempt that again starting in the next post.  If you successfully write down your food intake and exercise, I would love to hear from you – and especially about any tips, tricks or methods that you use.
