4:30 – Shakeology w 16 oz H2O

8AM Preworkout Drink, 16 oz H2O, 1 HB egg

8:15 Workout – Beast Legs, 64 oz H2O

11 AM – 2 scoops protein powder, 16 oz milk

11:15 – 2 grilled lean cheeseburgers no buns

3:30PM – 4 eggs fried in avocado oil, 1 slice whole wheat toast

10:15PM – green drink, handful of almonds
