Judson H. Clendaniel, MAI, senior appraiser and consultant, and Keven Russell, appraiser and consultant, have joined the Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office in the firm’s valuation advisory division.
Jud Clendaniel comes to Kidder Mathews with over 30 years of appraisal experience and holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation. Past assignments include Nintendo, GE’s jet engine plant, Boeing manufacturing facilities, Seattle Genetics, AT&T, Kenmore Air Harbor, Civica, Factoria Square Mall, as well as theaters, factories, churches and the area’s largest box retailer, Fry’s in Renton. He has taught both Real Estate Principals and Advanced Income Capitalization at Bellevue Community College. Clendaniel is also one of the authors of the Appraisal Institute’s current industrial textbook, Appraising Industrial Properties, and authored Telecommunications Infrastructure Properties in The Appraisal Journal.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Keven Russell was an appraiser with Auble, Jolicoeur & Gentry in Spokane, WA. Russell is active with the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute serving on both the education and finance chairs.
