Seattle has sung the praises of Herban Feast’s exquisite seasonal dishes, and wow-worthy event execution for more than 12 years.  Now, the award-winning Seattle caterer is announcing a series of new relationships that expand the accessibility of its acclaimed offerings to businesses, venues and individuals located in the city’s fast-growing Eastside communities.  The addition of these new venue partnerships brings Herban Feast’s total to more than 100 locations in the Puget Sound that utilize the caterers’ services.

Herban Feast, the Puget Sound’s premier full-service catering company, today announced it has been recently selected as a preferred caterer by the Bellevue Arts Museum and Treehouse Point hotel in the trees, adding to the list of Eastside venues featuring Herban Feast menus.  The company has also been invited to participate in the Issaquah Farmer’s Market for the first time with a series of farm fresh cooking demonstrations from Executive Chef Dalis Chea.  Additionally, Eastsiders can find Herban Feast’s chef-de-cuisine Jeff Taton every other Sunday at Uwajimaya’s Bellevue location conducting a chef demonstration of a culturally-inspired dish.

“We are thrilled with the recent surge in interest for our services on the eastside,” said BJ Duft, owner of Herban Feast.  “Our history of exceeding expectations and delivering on challenging catering requests is driving word of mouth recommendations on the eastside, and has resulted in customers asking explicitly for Herban Feast! We have an incredibly talented and inventive culinary team led by Chef Dalis creating innovative menus and unique food experiences like our popular summer pig roast. This paired with our reputation for attentive, detailed customer-centric service and expert event planning guidance has captured the interests of renowned event and wedding venues, businesses and event organizers across the lake.”

Herban Feast works exclusively with “The Fields” at Willie Green’s, and is a preferred caterer at Pickering Barn, Camp Korey, Seattle Bride’s Clise Mansion and Robinswood House, Delille Cellars, JM Cellars, Fall City Farms, Bybee Farms, and Heritage Hall, in addition to many corporate offices and private residences on Seattle’s Eastside.

Herban Feast specializes in locally-sourced, organic full-service catering at premier venues, residences and corporate offices throughout the region, especially the Seattle, Bellevue and Issaquah areas. Herban Feast also offers to-go platters available for pick-up to accommodate in-home parties and corporate events, and has recently expanded its offerings to include event styling, floral design, party favors, and a large selection of unique event decor elements available to rent through its new Herban Design Studio. The company was named The Knot’s pick for 2011 “Best of Seattle Weddings” and recently recognized as a finalist in the Event Solutions magazine “Best Venue of the Year”.
