Who: Dr. Deepak Chopra, best-selling author and international authority on mind-body healing
What:
Dr. Chopra will speak at the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce’s “Legends & Leaders” program about his latest book, “The Soul of Leadership: Unlocking Your Potential for Greatness.” In it, he outlines the 10 fundamental principles that all leaders should follow.
The author of more than 55 books on mind-body health, quantum mechanics, spirituality and peace, he has been heralded as the “poet prophet of alternative medicine.” Dr. Chopra’s background in leadership is diverse, working as a fellow of the American College of Physicians, a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, an adjunct Professor at Kellogg School of Management, and a Senior Scientist with The Gallup Organization.
MeditateSeattle.com, a certified Chopra meditation center, will also be at event to answer questions and hand out information about the local Chopra Center.
