For the eighth year in a row, Umpqua Bank has been named to the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For. Ranked 71 on the list, which recognizes companies that have exceptional workplace cultures, Umpqua is the highest ranked bank and only Oregon-based company to make the list.
Umpqua Bank was selected from among hundreds of companies that opt to participate in the selection process, which includes an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about their programs and company practices.
