According to a post on the Seattle PI’s news site, written by Joshua Hicks of The Bellevue Reporter, there is a new “high-rise” in the works for Bellevue’s medical district. The site for the seven story, $90 million dollar, facility is located on the Overlake Hospital Medical Center campus on 116th Ave NE. The Overlake Medical Pavilion is scheduled to open in August 2011.
