MulvannyG2 Architecture has announced its hiring of Tibor Nagy, Senior Associate, to the firm’s headquarter office in Bellevue, Wash.

Nagy worked for MulvannyG2 as a Project Manager/Project Architect from 2006 to 2010, and has returned with a wealth of new knowledge and accreditation. He left to attend Bellevue College where he received an AA in Business Management, as well as certifications in Project Management and Entrepreneurship. In 2011, Nagy also became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His major areas of experience include management of domestic and international projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams as project manager, and development of mixed use and multifamily residential projects. Nagy’s subject matter expertise includes building codes and regulations, permitting and entitlements, feasibility studies, and technical detailing.

Prior to joining MulvannyG2, Nagy worked as a Project Manager/Project Architect for GGLO where he directed teams and coordinated consultants primarily in the multifamily residential sector. He also led technical design, quality management reviews, residential unit design, and construction observation and administration. His broad experience as a Project Manager/Project Architect also includes positions at Thomas Harkey Architects and Calvin Jordan Associates, Inc.

A registered architect in Washington and California, Nagy is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He holds certification by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is also certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Nagy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction at University of Debrecen in Hungary and a Master of Architecture degree at the University of Washington.
