Strengthening the expertise of its home financing team, Banner Bank recently hired Bill Morrow as a real estate loan officer servicing communities throughout Snohomish, King and Pierce counties. Morrow will be based in Banner’s Lynnwood branch located at 3405 188th St. S.W. where he will provide expert guidance to pair his clients with the financing and mortgage products that will achieve their home ownership goals.
“Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential lending, and has long-standing relationships in the North Seattle region,” said Banner Bank Senior Vice President/Residential Loan Production Manager Jim Logghe. “His talent at forging lasting relationships with clients and developing financing options based on an individual client’s home financing needs makes Bill an excellent fit for Banner Bank and an invaluable resource for our clients in Lynnwood and the surrounding communities.”
Prior to joining Banner Bank, Morrow held the position of Vice President, Special Asset Officer for Union Bank in Everett. For more than two decades, Morrow has developed a wealth of experience in the areas of residential mortgage, construction and commercial lending—all in the North Seattle and Everett areas. Morrow is passionate about supporting the communities where he lives and works. He has served on boards for Norse Home CCRC, Seattle Swedish Community Scholarships, St. John’s School Finance Committee, and volunteers time for Men of Ballard and Habitat for Humanity. Morrow earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University.
