Bluetooth World 2015 logoThe Bluetooth Special Interest Group will be hosting its second annual Bluetooth World event at the Santa Clara Convention Center on April 14-15, 2015. This year’s event focuses on enabling the Internet of Things (IoT). The Bluetooth SIG’s recent release of Bluetooth 4.2, which introduced features for IP connectivity, privacy and speed, will directly influence the next generation of IoT devices and is poised to make the potential of the IoT a reality.

Taking place in Silicon Valley, the event will bring together over 700 senior-level decision makers to explore the various applications of Bluetooth technology within the IoT ecosystem. Bluetooth World features a two-day, two-track conference (Developers’ Summit and Technical Strategy) that will explore the hottest trends around Bluetooth technology and the IoT market. Content tracks will encompass multiple industries including smart home, wearable technology, automotive, sports & fitness, medical, beacons, start-ups and wireless audio.
