The World Champion Seattle Seahawks have traded the 32nd (and last first round) pick in the first round of the 2014 NFL draft, to the Minnesota Vikings for the 40th pick overall which will be the 8th pick in the 2nd round. The Vikings chose quarterback Teddy Bridgewater from Louisville. Some experts thought that Bridgewater might be the number 1 pick in the draft, but was the 3rd quarterback selected behind Blake Bortles and Johnny Football Manziel.
Here’s a ‘selfie’ Seahawk Head Coach Pete Carroll posted on Facebook of himself and General Manager John Schneider before the draft started. Sure looks like they are planning to have some fun, doesn’t it?
Go Hawks!
