Thursday, March 28th, between 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., the Hilton Bellevue Hotel will proudly host the fourth annual Bellevue Police Foundation Fundraising Breakfast. This year’s forum focuses on building a partnership between the police department and the entire community it serves ̶ business district, residential neighborhoods and our schools. This topic is relevant to every resident and business in Bellevue and the Foundation welcomes the input and engagement of the entire community at this event. The interface between government, police and schools is especially relevant today and keynote speakers Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson and Bellevue School Superintendent Dr. Tim Mills will focus on the critical partnership between the Community and the Police Department in creating a safe environment in our city and schools. In addition, Bellevue’s Chief of Police Linda Pillo and Jim Karambelas, President/CEO of Bellevue-based GLY Construction and President of the Bellevue Police Foundation Board, will emphasize the importance of community support for the Foundation’s commitment to provide effective, responsive technologies and other tools that ensure community safety.
