Tectura Corporation relocates regional office to Ridgewood Corporate Square in Bellevue, Washington.
KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, Calififornia has signed a new 14,693-square-foot lease with Tectura Corporation at its 240,518-square-foot Ridgewood Corporate Square in Bellevue.
Tectura, a worldwide provider of business consulting services, is relocating from another Bellevue address to the first floor of Ridgewood Corporate Square’s Building E. Kip Durrell with Cushman & Wakefield in Seattle represented the tenant while Scott Davis with CBRE in Bellevue, negotiated the on behalf of KBS.
Acquired by KBS in 2009, Ridgewood Corporate Square encompasses seven, multi-level buildings, conveniently located a mile from downtown Bellevue via the I-405 and SR-520. Considered one of the area’s premiere campus-style developments, the 14.36-acre project offers an on-site health club, conference rooms and 967 parking spaces.
In addition to Ridgewood Corporate Square, KBS-affiliated companies own two other Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metropolitan area properties for a combined total of 592,494 square feet: the six-building North Creek Parkway Center in Bothell and the 326,384-square-foot Bellevue Technology Center in Bellevue.
