Dave Main, center, puts finishing touches on free wheelchair ramp for Diana and Larry Larson, who are both disabled and now can go to and from their home without assistance, thanks to volunteers from Creative Home Partners LLC.

Dave Main, President of Creative Home Partners LLC, a custom home builder, assembled his crew for the seventh year to build a free wheelchair ramp for a disabled homeowner as part of the annual Master Builders Care Foundation’s annual Rampathon program. His home building company currently has fourteen Bellevue home sites and five Kirkland home sites under construction.

The free wheelchair ramp was constructed with donated time and materials from Creative Home Partners, Evergreen Lumber, and Scorpion Framing; with plants, flowers and bark donated by the South King County Chapter, Washington State CPA Society and Unique Gardens & Landscape; and with lunch and refreshments provided by Rarey & Associates CPAs.

The company applies Built Green and EnergyStar construction standards into every custom home project, and has volunteered its resources to build free wheelchair ramps since 2005.

The Master Builders Care Foundation is the philanthropic non-profit arm of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.    Founded in 1909, the Master Builders Association is a trade association comprised of nearly 3,000 companies involved in the residential and light commercial construction industry. It is the nation’s oldest and largest local home building association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders.
