AAA Washington recently hired Cynthia Franklin as Customer Service Unit Manager. In her role, Franklin contributes to the overall success of AAA’s Insurance line of business through leadership of the customer service team, including a high-volume call center that provides overall customer support.

As an active member in her community, Franklin has invested time in many ventures to help underprivileged women start professional careers. She is an avid supporter of Dress for Success, and at one point owned a second-hand boutique store in Seattle that retailed clothing for working women.
