The Heathman Hotel, Kirkland’s premier, full-service luxury hotel, is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a Fall Harvest dinner at Trellis Restaurant. Chefs Philippe Boulot and Michael Stanton of the Heathman Restaurant & Bar in Portland, Ore., will alternate courses with Trellis executive chef Brian Scheehser, for a five-course meal, which will feature seasonal produce from Chef Scheehser’s 10-acre farm in Woodinville, Wash.
The menu includes a roasted pear salad, sole dieppoise and apple wood smoked duckling among the five courses. Regional wine pairings will be served with each course.
