Astronics Corporation, which produces innovative, high-performance lighting, electrical power generation, control & distribution systems and automated test systems for the global aerospace and defense industries, announced today its Redmond, Washington facility has been selected by Seattle Business magazine as one of Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2011.
Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems (AES) has been included for the 5th year in a row on the 100 Best Companies To Work For list published by Seattle Business magazine. An awards dinner was held June 16, 2011 at The Westin, Seattle where this year’s winners were announced. Winning companies were recognized for setting the standard for leadership, benefits, work environment, innovative training programs, happiest employees and more. Astronics AES believes that employee satisfaction is directly related to employee retention therefore the company culture is to invest in its employees.
