In the recent article “Food Trend Predictions of 2011” written by Tanya Steel, she predicts that “Korean is America’s next big cuisine” and Oma Bap believes that it is because of the exciting and intensely flavorful dishes that Korean food has to offer which include an assortment of fresh vegetables and lean meats. You will find a variety of “Bap” (translated as rice) choices such as the traditional Bibimbap and Kimbap as well as other Korean favorites such as Bulgogi (Korean BBQ) and Kimchi.
Owner, Peter Pak states that “Our goal is to introduce and help others embrace the delicious flavors that Korean food has to offer along with providing an experience that you will enjoy, again and again.”
Oma Bap is the ideal choice for those who are looking for a quick and healthy meal because of the menu items which are freshly made to order and the healthier menu options such as brown rice and multigrain rice. In efforts to promote healthy eating, most of the menu items are freshly seasoned, steamed or grilled.
